2. Explanations of Terms

We have designed our privacy policy in accordance with the principles of clarity and transparency. If there are still ambiguities about the use of different terminology, the corresponding definitions can be seen here.



3. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

We process your personal data, e.g. your name and first name, your e-mail address and IP address, etc. only if there is a legal basis for this. According to the basic Data Protection regulation, particular three regulations are considered:

  • You have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more purposes, article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO. In this connection you will be informed about the purpose or purposes of the processing in detail and your express consent will be documented with us.
  • The processing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures with you, article 6 p.  1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
  • The processing of personal data is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms outweigh, article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
However, we will always draw your attention to the legal basis for the processing of your personal data at the respective sites.



4. Disclosure of personal Data

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only share your personal information with third parties if:

  • Your express consent under article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO have granted.
  • The transfer in accordance with article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to believe that they have an overriding interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • For the transmission in accordance with article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO a legal obligation,
  • This is legally permissible and in accordance with article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.



5. Storage duration and deletion

We store all personal data you transmit to us only as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which this data was transmitted, or as long as this is required by law. With the purpose and/or expiry of the statutory retention periods, the data will be deleted or blocked by us.



6. SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for reasons of security and for the protection of the transfer of confidential content, such as the inquiries that you send to us as a website operator. You recognize an encrypted connection by changing the browser's address bar from "http://" to "https://" and on the lock icon in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.



7. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of the use

At visit of website
When you visit our website, the browser that is used on your device automatically sends information to the server on our website. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called logfile. The following information is recorded without your intervention and is stored until automated deletion:

  • IP-Addess of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Web page form which access is made (Referrer-URL)
  • Browser and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider
The mentioned data are processed by us for the following purposes:
  • Ensuring a smooth connection of the website
  • Evaluation of system security and stability
  • For further administrative purposes
Data that allows a inference to your person, such as the IP address, will be deleted latest after 7 days. If we save the data beyond this period, this data are saved pseudonym, so that an attribution to you is no longer possible.
The legal basis for data processing is p. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the above listed purposes for data collection. In no case shall we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing inferences on your person.



8. Rights of person concerned

You have the following rights to
a) Information
According to art. 15 DSGVO, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. This right of information includes information on the

  • processing purposes
  • categories of personal data
  • recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed
  • planned storage time or at least the criteria for determining the storage time
  • existence of a right to rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or objection
  • existence of a right of appeal at a supervisory authority
  • origin of your personal data, in case these were not collected at us
  • existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information to whose details
b) Corrigendum
According to article 16 DSGVO, you are entitled to immediate rectification of incorrect or incomplete stored personal data at us.
c) Deletion
In accordance with article 17 of the DSGVO, you have the right to request the immediate deletion of your personal data by us, insofar as further processing is not necessary for one of the following reasons:
  • to exercise the right to free freedom of expression and information
  • to fulfil a legal obligation which requires processing under the law of the European Union or of the Member States to which the person responsible is subject, or for the performance of a task which is in the public interest or in the exercise Authority which has been transferred to the person responsible.
  • for reasons of public interest in the field of public health in accordance with article 9 p. 2 lit. h and i and article 9 p. 3 DSGVO
  • for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to article 89 p. 1 DSGVO, to the extent that the law referred to in section a) is likely to fulfil the objectives of this processing is impossible or seriously impaired
  • for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims
d) Limitation of processing
In accordance with article 18 DSGVO, you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for one of the following reasons:
  • You dispute the accuracy of your personal data.
  • The processing is unlawful and you reject the deletion of the personal data.
  • We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • You submit an objection to the processing in accordance with article 21 p. 1 DSGVO.
e) Briefing
If you have requested the rectification or deletion of your personal data or a limitation of the processing in accordance with article 16, article 17 p. 1 and article 18 DSGVO, we shall inform all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed, unless: This proves to be impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You may require us to notify you about of these recipients.
f) Transmission
You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
You also have the right to request the transmission of this data to a third party, provided that the processing was carried out using automated procedures and on a consent pursuant to Article 6 p.1 S. 1 lit. a or article 9 p. 2 lit. a or on a contract pursuant to article 6 p.1 S. 1. lit. b DSGVO is based.
g) Cancellation
In accordance with article 7 p. 3 of the DSGVO, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time to us. The revocation of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing due to the consent until the revocation. In the future we shall not continue the data processing based on your revoked consent.
h) Complaint
According to art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the DSGVO.
i) Objection
Provided your personal data are based on legitimate interests in accordance with article 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO are processed, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with article 21 DSGVO insofar as there are reasons which arise from your particular situation or if the opposition to direct advertising taught. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without stating the specific situation. j) Automated decision in individual case including profiling
You have the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which will have a legal effect on you or, in a similar manner, significantly affect you. This does not apply if the decision
  • i) the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract between you and us is required
  • ii) because of legislation of the European Union or of the Member States to which we are subject, and where such legislation contains appropriate measures to safeguard its rights and freedoms and legitimate interests
  • iii) is with your express consent
However, these decisions may not be based on specific categories of personal data in accordance with article 9 p.1 DSGVO, unless article 9 p. 2 lit. a or g DSGVO apply and appropriate measures were been taken to protect the rights and freedoms and your legitimate interests.
With regard to the cases referred to in i) and (iii), we shall take appropriate measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms and your legitimate interests, which includes at least the right to obtain a intervention with a person of our side, for the presentation of our own position and to challenge the decision.



9. Change of privacy Policy

If we change the privacy policy, this will be indicated on the website.
